North Central Nebraska Resource Conservation Development and Planning Council is a member-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting natural resources and promoting recycling opportunities in six rural Nebraska counties. Our mission is to create better communities to work and live in by providing sustainable recycling solutions and environmental stewardship programs.
We serve the Nebraska counties of Boyd, Brown, Cherry, Holt, Keya Paha, & Rock.

The Lick Tub Challenge will be held at the Sandhills Ranch Expo in Bassett. This is an opportunity to win money for upcycling your mineral tubs!
